Refund policy

CANCELLATIONS BEFORE DISPATCH
You may cancel your order free of charge before dispatch, provided the request is made within 3 days from the original purchase date. Please note that if your order includes expedited shipping, we typically process and dispatch it shortly after placement. We recommend reviewing your order date and its status before requesting a cancellation. You cannot cancel your order after you approve it.

If you request to cancel your order after 3 from the purchase date, a restocking fee will apply, with a minimum charge of 20% of the order value, as outlined in our Returns Policy.

To cancel your order, please email info@ovialiving.com and include your purchase order number, full name, address, and reason for cancellation. Upon receiving your email, we will acknowledge your request and provide details of any applicable charges before proceeding.

Your order will be officially considered canceled only once you receive a confirmation email from us confirming your refund.

Please note that custom-made pergolas are not eligible for return, as they are built specifically to your requested specifications. We recommend double-checking all measurements and details before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit.

INSURANCE
At OVIA, we offer optional insurance for loss or theft of parcels during transportation, in accordance with our Terms of Service. Whether or not you choose to purchase insurance, we will address and rectify any damages that occur during transit.
